Who is responsible for your data

When you email us

We receive your email address, display name and the information you choose to send, including attachments. We use these to understand your request and respond. Please avoid sending sensitive information or other people’s personal data unless it is necessary for the discussion.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. If you request a quote, processing needed to prepare a possible contract is based on steps taken at your request before entering into that contract. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing.

The website and service providers

This website has no forms, visitor analytics, first-party cookies, session identifiers or browser storage. Fonts and images are served locally, without embedded third-party services.

Email is handled through Google Workspace and the website is hosted through Cloudflare Pages. The hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser information to deliver and secure the site.

Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their data-processing agreements and applicable transfer safeguards. See the Google Workspace agreement and the Cloudflare agreement.

How long data is kept

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up discussions. If a contractual relationship develops, relevant records may be retained to meet legal obligations or defend legal claims. Correspondence that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, Romania’s data-protection authority. We do not make automated decisions or build profiles.

You do not have to send personal data, but we need a contact address and enough information to respond to your request.
